Manufactured in 1914. Standard solid frame, three piece walnut stock with hand guard and grooved forearm; replaced rifle butt stock. Finish is standard blue, has base and pinned front sight, military rear sight, and single barrel band. CONDITION: Good. The butt stock is a vintage replacement from another rifle, does not fit perfectly, and the color tone does not match the other wood, which is excellent with scattered dings and bruises. Receiver is a grey patina. Legends on frame are sharp. Barrel still shows some dulling blue. Bore is well defined but has abrasions. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
