Manufactured in 1942. Blue finish, round Winchester Proof Steel barrel fitted with dovetailed bead front sight, flat top rear sight, full length tube magazine. Walnut stock with standard Winchester black butt plate and matching walnut grooved forearm. CONDITION: Retains at least 98% original blue on all metal with light handling marks and high edge wear. Winchester barrel legends are crisp. Stock is excellent showing very few handling marks. Forearm in commensurate condition. Bore is well defined with some frosting. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
