Manufactured in 1907. Features a full octagon barrel, full length magazine tube, takedown, dovetailed front sight, King semi-buckhorn rear sight, tang sight, and walnut stock with rifle buttplate and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. The receiver retains about 85% of the factory bright blue with balance a soft grey. Retains majority of bright nitre blue on loading gate. Bolt retains majority of blue. Barrel and tube retains 95% blue with sharp edges and Winchester barrel legends. Even the nose cap retains majority of blue. Lever and hammer still show some colors. Wood is proud to metal with usual scattered dings. Action is smooth. Bore is bright. This is a really nice, well-cared-for takedown rifle. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
