Crafted in 1993, this set of 4 miniature knives was made by Master Miniature Knifemaker Mike Mercer in collaboration with other craftsmen. The Damascus blades were made by Daryl Meler, as he and Bill Moran were instrumental in studying and bringing Damascus to America. The scrimshaw was done by Gary Williams "Garbo" and were scrimshawed with the motif of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, showcasing the faces of death, evil, famine, and pestilence. Housed in a wood display case and accompanied by a miniature Mike Mercer business card and a scrimshawed name plate with the "Four Horseman." CONDITION: Excellent. PROVENANCE: From the collection of Frank Brownell.
