With a 4” body and articulating head with a forward tube prop and the unique unbalanced swiveling fin trailing behind, Charles M. Wilcox of New Paris, Ohio, began selling these around 1907. Weighted just in front of the offset hook hanging rig, this attractive bait is finished in a vibrant red, fading to a dark red back and an almost orangish-hued belly.
