Manufactured in 1947. An early post-War rifle that features the blue finish, round barrel, half magazine, hooded ramp front sight, semi-buckhorn rear sight, plain walnut stock with pistol grip, checkered steel butt plate, and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains at least 95% blue. The frame has a few minor freckles at the base, as does the tube. Barrel shows a few handling marks and small rubs. Wood is excellent with some light impressions. Bore is bright. The receiver has two sight holes on left side, which were available via factory special order at this time. This is a really nice gun.
