Rare and beautiful 5 - 1/2" solid red Trolling Minnow with big, perfect, yellow glass eyes, Shakespeare “A” props, and the wire clip hook hanger system. Three sets of thin, black gill marks and two belly weights. This high forehead bait dates to about 1906 - 1907 and it comes with a slightly later, incredibly desirable Shakespeare Muscallonge Minnow picture box, c. 1908. The box itself is solid on all seams and corners, with some normal wear to the edges. The label extends down over one end flap to display size and model number, with “75” written in pencil under “Size”. These oversized baits are rarely ever seen, and putting a picture box of this era into your collection would be quite a rare and impressive accomplishment.

Item Dimensions: 5 - 1/2" Long.
