Manufactured in 1917. Very late for a .32-40 with full round barrel, full length magazine tube, dovetailed front sight, flat top rear sight, blue finish, and walnut stock with rifle butt plate and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. Frame has dulled to a blue grey patina. Screws are true. Barrel and tube retain 98% blue with sharp barrel legends. Stock is excellent, proud to metal, with scattered light handling marks and impressions. Even the butt plate retains majority of blue. Action is crisp. Bore is well defined with light abrasions.
