3 - 1/4" Length. This special hook hanger assembly was only made in 1913 and dropped the next year due to manufacturing costs. The football-shaped side hangers mounted over a staple were intended to present the “Dummy” hooks proud of the body while still maintaining semi-weedlessness. The hardware on this bait is super clean and the paint grades about Excellent Minus with some age lines and minor varnish flakes. Both glass eyes are perfect and the paint is still almost completely intact on the wedge-shaped belly weight.
