The Vamp dates to the late 30s / early 40s and may be partially or even fully repainted, its history is not known. The shorter (3 - 3/4 inch) lure is a circa 1904 Woods Expert. This bait appears to have been factory rigged with 3 oversize hooks, and although the white paint with black gills also appears factory original, there is a slight red hue in areas, hinting possibly at overpaint having been removed at some point. Both baits have solid glass eyes.
