The FJG collection produced by Cabot is legendary, and three full pages are dedicated to various guns from the set on Cabot's OAK (one-of-a-kind) gallery, standing along such guns as the Big Bang Set, Le Nouveau, and Fountainhead. The Drako Garra was Cabot's attempt to make a gun worthy of the mythical silver dragons, with stylized claw mark slide serrations, gold bead front sight, Novak square notch rear sight, Cabot's radiused claw trigger, and smooth ebony grips. Other parts include a skeletonized hammer, serrated slide release and thumb safety, long A1 grip safety, checkered straps, and checkered magazine release. These guns were manufactured as a true pair with reversed controls, all the way down to the rifling. Guns with sequential serial numbers. Housed in the CG branded case with pair of slips, pair of ambidextrous magazines, pair bushing wrenches, test fired case for each gun, pair locks, pair manuals, and pair microfibers. CONDITION: Excellent, NOS or equivalent, with minor handling marks, likely shop wear. Original finishes throughout with crisp legends. Mechanically fine, bores excellent, possibly unfired since proof. Case excellent. The Drako Garra's started at approximately $5,000 each, before considering the cost of mirroring and custom sequential serial numbers; this set is even more desirable as featured on Cabot's own website.
