Rifle is fitted with a lustrously polished blue tapered sporting weight round barrel without iron sight provisions. Pre-64 style controlled feed, claw extractor action with jeweled bolt body. Figured, satin finished walnut stock with hand cut checkering, ebony forend tip, double line cheek piece, and Decelerator recoil pad. Rifle is housed in its original factory box with paperwork. CONDITION: Excellent, as new with only light handling. Barrel display sticker is intact. Strong bore with some firing residue, likely from factory proofing. Fine mechanics. A great contemporary production example of an American classic.
