This innovative concern in Freemont, Nebraska, basically reinvented the Colt pocket hammerless by enlarging this design to handle the .45 ACP cartridge. It is beautifully finished in high polish nickel with fire blue nitre small parts and screws and was engraved by Colt Master Engraver John Pease, who signed inside the frame. It was done in a lovely American bank note scroll with about 2/3rds coverage. The grips are pearl. The blue magazine is a two tone tempered just like the pre-War examples. Accompanied by the original Turnbull invoice when they performed the work in 2010. CONDITION: Excellent. Gun shows in near new condition with light handling. Simply stunning.
