Small Martini single shot lever action English made rifle features a fully matted round barrel, folding ladder rear sight, folding Beech front sight, tang sight, border engraved receiver, beautiful Turkish walnut checkered straight English style stock with a smooth steel butt plate. Matching forearm has a black horn tip. Both sides of receiver have the W.W. Greener legend. Top of barrel stamped with Greener address legend. The rifle was converted to fire the .357 Magnum cartridge and so stamped on left side of barrel. Numerous British proof marks on barrel and frame. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel is a smooth blue patina blend. Receiver retains 85% of the English bright blue mixing with some smooth patina. Lever is now smooth patina. Stocks are excellent with sharp checkering and minimal impressions. All legends are sharp. Bore is strong and bright. Lovely little gun.
