This is the first Hall rifle and was made at the Harpers Ferry arsenal in 1837 and is so dated on block along with Hall H. Ferry legend. Features browned lacquer with case color,Breech factory finish, nearly full length walnut stock, three band, post front sight, wind drift rear sight on receiver, flat head rod, iron butt plate and swivels. CONDITION: Excellent. Wood shows some minor dings but the grain is still raised. At least 85% smooth brown with scattered light handling. Breech has darkened. Rifled bore is still bright. Really clean example.
