Barrels with brass bead front sight on matted solid tapered rib, simply marked "12 GA 3" CHAMBERS" on left tube and fit with choke tubes. Lumps with "2763" matching serial number. Splinter forearm with unreinforced Anson plunger release with a golden Ruger medallion inset near tip, with point pattern checkering about the medallion. Round bodied action with Ruger's information and "Gold Label" designation. Single trigger, automatic safety with "S" ahead of slide and "L" and "R" abutting for barrel selector. Stock with straight grip checkered in point pattern and fit with a Ruger branded hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with some scattered handling marks and a spot of discoloration to right tube. Coin finish with some superficial scratches common to the finish, but Ruger information is crisp and legible. Stock excellent with some handling marks. Mechanically fine, bore very good, smooth, with some heavy firing residue ahead of forcing cones. Ejectors soft and slightly out of time, right fires first. A rare Ruger.
