1940 dated police luger. Mauser Banner on the front toggle link. Numbered in the military style with the police Eagle C acceptance proofs on the right side of the receiver. Inverted V front and a V notch rear sights. Two piece checkered wood grips. Matching un-numbered black aluminum bottom FXO magazine with an Eagle C proof. All blue gun. All the numbers match. It has GELADEN on the left side of the extractor and GESICHERT in the upper position of the thumb safety lever. This gun has the sear safety installed like most police guns. CONDITION: This gun retains the vast majority of the factory original blue finish. There is some high edge wear. The checkering on the grips is sharp and crisp. Shiny bore with sharp and crisp lands and grooves.
