Per the included factory letter, this revolver shipped as an 8" .357 Magnum/.38 Special with Royal Blue finish and unlisted stocks, shipped to the American Historical Foundation, Richmond, Virginia, on November 21st, 1994, in a shipment of 60. It is gold plated with a nickel finish cylinder, trigger and hammer. The special edition also features C coverage scroll engraving with the famous Colt pony in a heraldic shield. The smooth finger groove walnut grips have an enameled Colt medallion set into the left panel. Gun displays the typical Python features such as a full vent rib, solid underlug, red insert front sight, adjustable rear sight, wide target hammer. Gun has a discreet import stamp in the yoke. CONDITION: Excellent. Appears unfired, with a light drag line, shows as in near new condition with light handling and comes in the blue case.
