This is a Colt produced special edition with a high polish blue finish. Both sides of slide feature a full length gold eagle with wings stretching the entire length. All small parts and screws are gold. Grips are rosewood double diamond checkered with gold medallion. This is number 1350 of 2500 total edition. Gun comes in matching blue case with paperwork, hang tag and one magazine, and a blue lined French fitted display case. Accompanied by a Colt Factory letter indicating that it shipped as a .45 ACP with a 5" barrel, blue finish, and was made without side markings for AHL Inc - America Remembers and shipped to them on June 28th, 2008. This example has a discreet import stamp at base. CONDITION: Excellent. Shows as near new.
