This gun was part of a 10 gun shipment to Dunham, Carrigan & Hayden Co. in San Francisco, CA shipped on September 10, 1919. Early features include the flat main spring housing with lanyard loop, long smooth trigger, wind drift rear sight with beveled edges and U-notch, checkered wide spur hammer, checkered slide stop and safety, double diamond checkered walnut grips, blue finish. Left side of slide has Colt legend with pony in center. Right side of frame has Government Model legend with COLT AUTOMATIC CALIBRE 45 on slide. Fine early two tone tempered magazine. CONDITION: Fine as restored retaining majority of reapplied finish, strong legends, excellent grips, bright bore. Gun has a discreet import stamp at well.
