Early configuration K98 with blued finish, ramped blade front sight, tangent rear, Heer marked walnut stock, milled mounts, and flat butt plate. Externally visible numbers mostly match, excluding the muzzle cover, front band, and bolt. Bolt markings have been removed and the bolt refinished. Includes period sling. Lower portion of the sling has separated but is retained with the rifle. CONDITION: Fair. Well defined bore.
