Two-stage barrel with centered notched rear sight and brass front blade sight. Original percussion lock. The two-piece patchbox is nicely engraved with folky designs including tulips. Partially figured maple stock of late Lehigh form and red violin finish. CONDITION: Barrel and lock retain a heavy brown patina, lock functions properly, heavy pitting around drum. Brass retains a pleasing patina. Patchbox release and catch are replacements. Stock shows scattered cracks, wear to finish and marks from use.
