Made for the US military during the war, this revolver has the "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" stamp on the frame along with "WB" inspector stamp on butt for Waldemar Broberg. Features matte arsenal refinish, fixed sights, case colored hammer and trigger, smooth two piece walnut grips, and lanyard ring. It was parceled out to the Austrian police after the war. The left side is stamped 1935, which is a unit ID number, not the date. The left side of frame also has the Austrian Police stamp. There is another unit stamp at back of frame. CONDITION: Fine as refinished, retaining majority of with light handling. The grips has sundry dings. Case colors are strong. Action is fine as is bore. Comes with a WWI era US flap holster.
