Made in the 1950s. The box is marked "BC Made in Japan," and depicts workers filling up underneath the gas drums at the gas station through Mobilgas truck. CONDITION: The box is complete, but it has a few small tears on the side aprons. It makes a clacking noise when it is pushed. The friction works. There is some slight oxidation to the bare metal parts. It comes with an actual original purchased guide to buy this toy. It has a tank truck purchase card from the dealer. It is very difficult to find in the original box and impossible with a purchase card.
