Manufactured October - December 1888. Standard features include full length walnut stock, two barrel bands, metal rod and swivels. The original 1884 Buffington rear sight base is intact and has an interesting aperture adjustable peep sight mounted to that base along with a globe front sight on added base and a checkered steel grip. CONDITION: Very good. Retains approximately 80% of reapplied blue finish. Stock is solid but has been sanded at one time removing majority of finish. Bore is bright.
