This is a Philadelphia marked revolver which was made from 1864-1869. Matching numbers on barrel, trigger guard, back strap, cylinder, and loading lever; wedge not marked. Standard blue and case color finish, brass trigger guard and back strap, and one piece varnished walnut grips. Comes with a period flap holster but for a longer barrel Navy model. CONDITION: Very good. There are some flashes of blue and color but basically a brown patina. Barrel legends are sharp. Grips are excellent. Cylinder does not index. Bore is bright.
