One of 4,840 M1910 pistols manufactured by Anciens Establissements Pieper in Herstal, Belgium for Denmark prior to World War I and later arsenal reworked and upgraded into M1910/21 configuration as is stamped on the left side of the upper assembly. Finished in arsenal reapplied rust blue with fixed sights and scarce early checkered Trolit grips. Matching numbers observed on the underside of the frame and on the inside of both grips. Magazine does not match. Lot includes a scarce 1927 dated leather holster and cleaning rod. CONDITION: Good. Pistol retains the vast majority of its fading arsenal reapplied blue with moderate wear. Grips have handling marks throughout and chipping at the heel, fitting somewhat loosely overall. Well defined, frosted bore. Fine mechanics. Holster rates good.
