Only 4,000 of these finely finished Model 1895 rifles were manufactured in Japan by Miroku for the US Repeating Arms Co. from 1995 to 2002, .30-06 chambering only available from 1995 to 1999. Rifle is fitted with a polished blue tapered round barrel with gold bead blade front sight and semi-buckhorn rear. The coin finished receiver is elaborately factory engraved in the No. 3 engraving pattern with 4 game scenes featuring elk and Dall sheep surrounded by flourished of foliate scroll and gold inlaid borders, the engraving and gold extending onto the lever. Gloss finished, hand checkered walnut Schnabel tipped splinter forend and straight grip stock of nice figure mounted with a flat steel butt plate. Rifle is housed in its original factory box with manual. CONDITION: Excellent, as new with only light handling. Crisp bore and fine mechanics.
