The Bavarian contract Steyr pistols were chambered for the 9mm Steyr cartridge. This example is dated 1918 on left side of slide. There are several K sub inspector stamps on frame, slide and hammer with matching numbers. The contract stamp is on top of right side trigger guard. Standard blue finish with checkered two piece walnut grips and lanyard ring. Comes with a leather holster that is stamped and dated 1910 with shoulder strap. CONDITION: Very good. The holster has worn majority of blue off the slide leaving scattered age freckling. Grip straps are patina. Frame retains generous blue finish. Grips are excellent. Bore is bright. Holster is excellent.
