Regimental patches or possibly cap badges two Egyptian Army units, 1880s-1920s, from the collection of William C. Carman, noted author on uniforms of the British Commonwealth and found in the Egyptian portion of his research files acquired at auction some 20 years ago. The insignia consist of brass numbers, 1 1/8 inches high, set on grounds of superfine cloth" "11" on scarlet and "9" on green. CONDITION: In unissued and excellent condition.
