Overall length: 47 – ¾”. Barrel length: 31 – ¾”. Germanic side by side pinfire shotgun with profusely engraved action, locks, trigger guard, and barrel tang. Bone barrel release and rear trigger guard. Barrels signed “Peter Gelzer Phila.”. This is an extremely fine shotgun and is the only one yet located by this unknown and exceptionally rare Philadelphia maker. Very good condition.
