Lot consists of: (A) German World War II gas mask complete with all straps. Rubber is supple, as are straps, and the mask is nicely preserved. Contained in its green carry case marked "hhu 44" on interior lid. Extra lenses are present and remain in their original wax wrap. Generous amounts of green paint remain on the carrier. CONDITION: Excellent. (B) German World War I gas mask complete with neck strap and pull twine. The mask remains supple with some imperfections. No extra lenses. Contained in its carry case marked "14 Sept. 1918" on bottom. The case exhibits dents and blemishes with most paint remaining. CONDITION: Good.
