An interesting dagger with a 4 - 3/4" double edge blade. The dagger features a ornately carved ivory grip with a skull pommel that depicts a serpent and roses. Top of pommel reads "Semper Mai" in reverse. The blade exhibits a gray patina. Handle exhibits a crack at the guard with nice age toning. The knife is housed in a leather wrapped wood scabbard that features silver mounts. Scabbard remains intact with one crack in silver embelishment. CONDITION: Good.
