This doll was made by the Shepard Company in Philadelphia, PA. Painted oilcloth head shoulder with lower arms and legs decorated in a similar manner. Molded and painted features with separately molded eyelids. Well molded mouth and ears. Dressed in a white cotton romper suit with blue crocheted sweater. Some possible old paint touchup to facial features.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
