SSP. C. 1920s. CONDITION: Excellent color and gloss throughout, showing no chips in the inner field and with excellent condition script. One touched-up chip at the lower-right mounting hole. Faint wear along the outer edge but overall excellent. Shows original mounting bracket at the backside, which has been repainted.
