German. Made by CKO Kellerman. Working. Marked "Made in Germany" on back of toy. Original tongue and bee that is attached to toy with wire. When in operation, wire with bee moves back and forth while tongue wiggles. Very little wear overall. Hard-to-find toy when complete.
