Japanese. Pre-war. Marked "R.F. Made in Japan" on back. Beautiful color tin lithography on arms, body, and drum with celluloid cat head that sways back and forth. Some moderate scratching and wear throughout, especially to drum head. CORRECTION - There has been some restoration on the head and neck.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
