Manufactured in 1900. Bisley stamped barrel in .357 Magnum. Colt did not produce a SAA in this caliber until 1935 and the caliber style legend is post 1930 with side stamp "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .357". It is a standard blue and case color gun with Colt gutta percha grips not numbered to gun; balance of numbers are matching. The back strap is stamped "486" inside both sides but no signs of a star or date. The cylinder is beveled with removeable bushing. Gun was restored to near new showing Colt quality finish and fit. CONDITION: Excellent as altered and refinished retaining nearly all of its finish with light handling marks Action indexes and locks up smoothly. The bore is bright.From the Robert C.
