Manufactured in 1945. This example sports the desirable Stevens adjustable rear sight along with high profile front sight, factory blue finish with fully checkered walnut grips, the long checkered trigger, checkered slide stop and safety, checkered arched mainspring housing and checkered wide spur hammer. This fine pistol comes with three additional original Colt Service Model Ace magazines. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains virtually all its original blue finish with ghost hint of muzzle wear and minute handling marks. Bore is bright. About as nice as they come. From the Robert C. Renneberg Collection
