Manufactured in 1908. Less than 1% of total production and majority of these were ordered between 1906 and 1913. It is standard in all respects with two barrel bands, sling swivels, post front sight, folding ladder rear sight, and a full length walnut forearm. Stock has a carbine style butt plate without trapdoor. Finish is standard blue. CONDITION: Very good. All metal is a smooth patina. Loading gate and bolt retain most blue. Barrel legends are crisp. Stocks show some added finish but are proud to metal with minor marks. mechanically functioning. Bore is bold but lightly frosted. Much better condition than usually seen.
