Manufactured in 1949. Barrel has correct Winchester address stamped with "FOR SHOT ONLY". This one is not stamped "Routledge", as was proper in 1949. Features a round barrel with rounded crown, bead front sight, takedown, blue finish, plain walnut stock with pistol grip, checkered steel butt plate, 17 groove forearm, smooth trigger, and serrated hammer catch. CONDITION: Excellent. Besides a few very light handling marks, this gun retains virtually all its original finish. The Routledge counter bore is bright. Mechanically sound. It would be hard to find a nicer example of this model.
