Manufactured in 1947. This deluxe rifle features the walnut stocks with checkered pistol grip, Winchester cap, checkered steel butt plate, deluxe rear sling swivel, and matching forearm. Features a blue finish, round barrel, half magazine, hooded ramp front sight, filled rear slot, and sporting a Redfield receiver peep sight. CONDITION: Excellent stocks with scattered impressions. Barrel and tube show only light handling marks. The receiver has some areas starting to tone with nearly all the blue finish and some high edge wear with scattered handling marks. Mechanically correct with strong lightly frosted bore. Nice clean gun in very desirable caliber.
