Classic dovetailed chopper lump barrels fit with a bead front sight on a solid, concave matte rib. Left barrel over chambers with Winchester legends for a 20 gauge Model 21 with 2 - 3/4" chambers. Underside of barrels with "Winchester Proof Steel" on each tube, marked for Modified in left barrel and Improved Cylinder in left. Winchester "PW" proof on barrel flats, with serial number and inspector marks. Beavertail forearm with three panels of modified point pattern checkering about a central rolling release. Interior iron and forearm with matching serial numbers. Boxlock action with typical patent and address information on flats. Single selective mechanical trigger, automatic safety with "SAFE" inlaid ahead of tab, and push-button selector mounted to trigger bow. walnut stock with sidepanels, pistol grip with point pattern checkering about the wrist, and Winchester red rubber recoil pad. CONDITION: Barrels have been reblued, legends softened, with some handling marks and rubs throughout. Some silvering to muzzles and where forearm contacts barrels. Action excellent with handling marks, and some thinning to sharp edges. Stocks with handling marks and impressions throughout, heavier on butt, but free of cracks or chips. Buttstock likely a replacement with poorly cut checkering and ill-fit. Mechanically fine, bores very good with some firing residue. Ejectors are soft but in time.
