Circa 1906 per Colt's serial number lookup. Classic blue and case colored configuration with a 4 - 3/4" barrel, half moon front sight, two line address across top of barrel, Bisley legend and caliber designation across left, kidney shaped ejector rod housing, and gutta percha grips with embossed Rampant Colts at top. Matching serial numbers observed on frame, trigger guard, and butt. CONDITION: Very good, with scattered handling marks and rubs. Barrel retains approximately half of the bluing, with losses largely on high edges consistent with holster wear. Frame has approximately 30% case colors remaining, largely in protected areas. Trigger guard proofs still with distension from application of stamp, with losses to sharp edges and high traffic areas such as grip straps. Grips excellent with a small chip at heel of right grip scale. Mechanically fine, bore with strong rifling and some mild frosting.
