Based on John M. Browning's iconic and rugged design, the 1919 belt-fed machine gun served with US forces through WWII into the Cold War Era. This example professionally built as semi-automatic rifle by Rapid Fire of Troy, Ohio with an Israeli 7.62x51mm parts kit. Full reapplied parkerized finish throughout. Standard 7.62mm barrel with perforated heat shield. Flip up blade front sight and ladder rear sight graduated for 7.62 NATO ammunition. Fitted with a checkered steel pistol grip. Accompanied by an LMC tripod with T end E mechanism, as well as a paratrooper case. CONDITION: Very good. Nearly all of the parkerized finish is retained with a few areas of oxidation. Strong, bright bore. Fine mechanics.
