Probably made by Carl Bergner. Knob on bisque head turns to reveal smiling and crying faces, papier-mâché hood hides one face, faces with multi-stroked eyebrows and blue glass inset eyes, one with closed mouth, and one with open/closed mouth. Original composition and wood body (refinished). White pique dress and matching hat appear original, vintage underwear and socks, too, no shoes. Sweetest smiling face!
Condition: (Very Good).
