German bisque socket head marked with logo of Max Schelhorn and mold 8370. Wonderful doll with smiling and crying faces with crisp molding details, molded and painted brown hair, multistroked eyebrows, dark intaglio eyes with white dot highlights, molded eye sockets with upper and lower eyelids, open/closed mouth. Jointed composition body (much wear, especially on hands). Attractive boy’s suit, vintage shoes and stockings. Never before seen in this large size!
