White molded bonnet with painted pink flowers and green leaves and vines and holes for tying ribbons (flake on one bonnet corner), tapered eyebrows, intaglio blue eyes with white dot highlight, brown eyelash line, incised upper eyelid, closed pouty mouth, Original composition baby body. Vintage white cotton nightgown.
