Japanese. Circa 1930s. Working. Larger size variation. Distributed by Paradise Novelty. Celluloid figure on tin tricycle. Original cloth pants. Usually has an English flag on back but this toy comes with a cloth American flag. Some cracking and denting to hands and feet and some fading to neck and beak area.
