Japanese. Working. Later Occupied Japan short-billed variation. Still has bead wheel under neck. Marked "Made in Occupied Japan MT" on rear of toy and bottom of base. One dent to top of hat and some paint chipping and wear around front of bill.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
